1. Who we are

Website Thai Studios (“we”, “us”) is a web marketing service provider based in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. We offer website building, SEO, and online advertising services. This policy covers our internal Keyword Research Tool (“the Tool”), which we use to prepare keyword research reports for our clients.

2. Information we collect

From our clients (via an online form):

Business name, contact name, and email address or phone number
Answers about the client’s business: what they sell, who they sell to, where they sell, their competitors, and why customers choose them

From Google (via the Google Ads API):

Keyword statistics from Google Keyword Planner (average monthly searches, competition level, and estimated cost per click) for keywords that we choose to research.
To access this data, the Tool connects to the Google Ads account of Website Thai Studios using Google OAuth. We store an OAuth refresh token so the Tool can keep working. We do not read, create, or change any campaign, ad, budget, or billing data. We do not access our clients’ Google accounts or Google Ads accounts.

3. How we use information

To generate a list of search keywords relevant to the client’s business
To retrieve keyword statistics from Google and include them in a report for that client
To contact the client about their report

4. Google user data and Limited Use

The Tool’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google is used only to provide the keyword research feature described above. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for security, to comply with law, or as part of the client’s own report.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. A client can only see their own report. We use the following service providers to operate the Tool: Anthropic (to help suggest keywords from the business description a client provides) and Google (to retrieve keyword statistics). We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on our own system with access limited to authorised staff. Each client report is available only through a private link. Secrets such as API keys are kept in server configuration and are never shown to clients.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep client data while we provide services to that client. A client may ask us to delete their data at any time by emailing us, and we will delete it within a reasonable time. You can also revoke the Tool’s access to our Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

สถิติคีย์เวิร์ดจาก Google Keyword Planner (จำนวนคนค้นหาเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ระดับการแข่งขัน และราคาโฆษณาต่อคลิกโดยประมาณ) ของคำที่เราเลือกวิเคราะห์

4. ข้อมูลจาก Google และข้อจำกัดการใช้ (Limited Use)

การใช้และการส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google API ของเครื่องมือนี้ เป็นไปตาม นโยบายข้อมูลผู้ใช้ของ Google API Services รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use เราใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google เฉพาะเพื่อฟังก์ชันวิเคราะห์คีย์เวิร์ดข้างต้น ไม่ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา ไม่ขาย และไม่ให้บุคคลอ่านข้อมูลนั้น ยกเว้นเพื่อความปลอดภัย การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือเป็นส่วนของรายงานของลูกค้าเอง

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ลูกค้าแต่ละรายเห็นได้เฉพาะรายงานของตนเอง เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการเพื่อให้เครื่องมือทำงาน ได้แก่ Anthropic (ช่วยเสนอคีย์เวิร์ดจากคำอธิบายธุรกิจที่ลูกค้ากรอก) และ Google (ดึงสถิติคีย์เวิร์ด) เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลหากกฎหมายกำหนด

6. การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย
